As the nation's oldest Catholic and Jesuit university, Georgetown's ideals and traditions are as much a part of its present culture, as it was in 1789.

Legal Orientation to Higher Education

Before you begin your research and instruction on the Hilltop, Lisa Brown (Vice President and General Counsel) and Rosemary Kilkenny (Vice President for Institutional Diversity and Equity) will give you some vital information about legal protocol and procedure at Georgetown. 


Campus Tour


4:00 - 5:00 p.m. 

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions provides you with a comprehensive overview of the the lay of the land, from where to eat, to where you are most likely to run into your students outside of the classroom. This student-led and faculty-oriented tour is a great chance to make sure you don't get lost going to your first class!

University and Academic Governance
