Next, the Vice President for Campus Ministry, Fr. Mark Bosco, S.J. will present Georgetown's Jesuit and Catholic heritage and the Mission and Identity of Cura Personalis. As the nation's oldest Catholic and Jesuit university, Georgetown's ideals and traditions are as much a part of its present culture as they were in 1789.

Awards Luncheon: Provost's Award for Teaching Innovation

The Provost’s Teaching Innovation Award was initiated last year to recognize a faculty member (or faculty team) who has demonstrated exceptional creativity in the use of innovative approaches to promote student-centered learning. This annual award was given for the first time in Spring 2019. The luncheon will feature the award winners presenting their work and discussion of the potential for wider adoption of their innovations.
